About Us
PillUSA is a health and wellness marketing company established in 1999. For more than 25 years, PillUSA has helped connect consumers with health, wellness, and healthcare-related products and services through online education, consumer marketing, and digital technology.
PillUSA focuses on helping consumers learn about available health and wellness options and directing individuals who are interested in medical treatment to the appropriate healthcare and telemedicine services.
PillUSA is not a medical practice, healthcare provider, pharmacy, or telemedicine platform. PillUSA does not diagnose medical conditions, make treatment decisions, prescribe medications, or dispense prescription medications.
Telemedicine Technology Provided by Secure Medical, Inc.
Telemedicine technology and administrative platform services made available in connection with this website are provided through Secure Medical, Inc., an established healthcare technology company with more than 25 years of experience supporting online healthcare and telemedicine services.

Secure Medical, Inc. serves as the telemedicine technology and administrative platform. PillUSA's role is limited to marketing, consumer education, customer acquisition, and connecting interested consumers with services available through the Secure Medical platform.
Independent Licensed Healthcare Providers
Medical care is provided by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals and professional medical entities using the Secure Medical platform.
Healthcare providers exercise independent professional medical judgment and are solely responsible for determining whether a patient is appropriate for treatment, whether additional medical information is required, and whether a prescription or other treatment is medically appropriate.
Neither PillUSA nor Secure Medical directs a healthcare provider's diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescribing decision, or other professional medical judgment.
Patients located in New Jersey are evaluated by healthcare professionals who are appropriately authorized to provide the applicable healthcare services to patients located in New Jersey, as required by applicable law.
Prescription and Pharmacy Services
If a licensed healthcare provider determines that prescription treatment is medically appropriate, the provider may issue a prescription in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
Prescription medications are dispensed by appropriately licensed pharmacies. PillUSA does not prescribe or dispense prescription medications.
Secure Medical may provide technology and administrative services that facilitate communications among patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies, including the transmission of prescription and fulfillment information where authorized.
How the PillUSA Experience Works
PillUSA provides consumers with an easy-to-use online experience for learning about available health and wellness products and services.
When medical treatment is requested, eligible consumers are connected through the Secure Medical telemedicine platform to appropriately licensed healthcare professionals for evaluation.
The general process may include:
- Learning about available health and wellness products or treatment options through PillUSA;
- Requesting access to healthcare services;
- Using Secure Medical technology to provide information needed for a healthcare evaluation;
- Evaluation by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional;
- An independent treatment decision by the healthcare professional;
- Transmission of an authorized prescription to an appropriately licensed pharmacy when treatment is prescribed; and
- Administrative, customer-service, payment, and fulfillment coordination supported by Secure Medical technology.
Submitting information or requesting a particular medication does not guarantee that treatment or a prescription will be provided. All medical decisions are made by the treating healthcare professional based upon the patient's individual circumstances and applicable standards of care.
Healthcare Technology Experience Since 1999
The organizations and professionals working with PillUSA and Secure Medical have extensive experience supporting consumers seeking convenient access to healthcare, wellness products, and online services.
Secure Medical has continued to develop technology designed to connect consumers, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and administrative services through an integrated healthcare platform.
Our goal is to make accessing appropriate healthcare services straightforward, secure, convenient, and transparent while preserving the independent relationship between the patient and the licensed healthcare professional responsible for medical care.
Health and Wellness Products
PillUSA provides information about health and wellness products and treatment categories that may include men's health, women's health, erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight management, sexual wellness, general wellness, and other areas.
Some products available through services promoted by PillUSA may require a prescription. Prescription products are available only following an appropriate medical evaluation and authorization from a licensed healthcare professional.
Products and healthcare services may not be available in every state, and availability may depend upon applicable law, provider availability, pharmacy availability, patient eligibility, and the independent medical judgment of the treating healthcare professional.
Our Commitment
PillUSA is committed to providing consumers with clear information, responsive customer service, and convenient access to health and wellness options.
Secure Medical, Inc. is committed to providing the technology and administrative infrastructure that supports the telemedicine experience while healthcare professionals remain responsible for the practice of medicine and pharmacies remain responsible for the dispensing of prescription medications.
Together, this structure allows each organization to focus on its appropriate role: PillUSA provides marketing and consumer education, Secure Medical provides the telemedicine technology and administrative platform, licensed healthcare professionals provide medical care, and licensed pharmacies dispense prescription medications.
