Prescription medications are dispensed by appropriately licensed pharmacies. PillUSA does not prescribe or dispense prescription medications.

When medical treatment is requested, eligible consumers are connected through the Secure Medical telemedicine platform to appropriately licensed healthcare professionals for evaluation.
The general process may include:

- Using Secure Medical technology to provide information needed for a healthcare evaluation;
- Evaluation by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional;
- An independent treatment decision by the healthcare professional;
- Transmission of an authorized prescription to an appropriately licensed pharmacy when treatment is prescribed; and
- Administrative, customer-service, payment, and fulfillment coordination supported by Secure Medical technology.
